About Us

I have always had a passion for helping people and serving my community. In 2012, my family lives were forever changed with the birth of my son Dominic Cole Anderson. He was more special than we ever could have imagined and taught us so much in his short time here on this earth. We were blessed to have just over two and a half glorious years with him. We were still told that because of his diagnosis (he was diagnosed shortly after birth with Full Trisomy 13), he could pass at any time for no reason at all other than it just being time. We chose to live each day to its fullest with him and to focus on giving him the best quality of life we possibly could no matter how much time we had with him.

It was during that time I found my love and passion for baking! In the small amount of time I had in between caring for my medically fragile son, being wife and mother I began to take custom cake and sweet orders from my home. I loved the feeling of having a small part in making someone’s celebration a little more memorable with my baking. I dreamed of opening my own shop one day, but that was just it. It was just a dream.

When my son Dominic passed away in spring of 2015, I stepped away from my passion and just tried focusing on my family and surviving without my baby boy. In December 2015, I took a job in hospitality management where I worked for over 8 years. I began to realize I had lost sight of my dream, my passion for baking and opening my own shop while building someone else's.

In 2024, I decided to step away from hospitality and begin to pursue my dream of opening my own business. Infinity Sweets Bakehouse & Cafe. We successfully opened our first location in Summer of 2024 in the heart of Alamogordo in our Mainstreet District! We not only offer sweets daily, but serve specialty coffees, Infinity Boosters (our own spin on mixed energy drinks) as well as breakfast and lunch items served all day. In our first year we were voted
