Terms and Conditions

The information in our Terms and Conditions is a binding contract between Infinity Sweets and its customers for all orders.

 - Deposits are nonrefundable but goes towards complete total of invoice. 

- Once deposit is placed, booking is locked in and cannot be moved/changed other than a situation due to an act of God. No changes can be made to final design, theme, or flavors of the order. 

- The remaining total after deposit has been placed is due no later than 6 weeks prior to the event date. If balance is not paid in full by this date, you forfeit your total amount you've paid and your order will be cancelled. If you decide to cancel your booking, you forfeit your deposit and your order will be cancelled. Once a booking has been cancelled, it cannot be reinstated. 

- Full total of booking is non-refundable six weeks prior to the event date. No Exceptions. 

- If invoice is paid in full at the time of booking and booking is later cancelled before cutoff date, the total amount will be refunded minus the nonrefundable deposit. 

- Infinity Sweets is not responsible for any damage made to the order after delivery is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate/secure table and environment for the order. Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table and all sweets an optimal environment of 72 degrees or below. 

- Products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless to any allergic reactions.  

By paying the nonrefundable deposit and/or your invoice you agree to all terms and conditions.
